Firm behind Trader Joe’s deal opens Knoxville office

The Nashville real estate firm behind the West Knoxville Trader Joe’s deal is setting up shop locally.

Baker Storey McDonald Properties — which specializes in retail and shopping center work — this week said it has tapped former Sperry Van Ness/R.M. Moore advisors Lloyd Montgomery, IV, and Josiah Glafenhein to open its new office in Knoxville.
