Baker, Storey names Lamb Division Head

Nashville-based Baker Storey McDonald Properties, a retail real estate firm, has announced the formation of a new property management division and the firm's selection as property manager for Brentwood Place Shopping Center.

Kimberly E. Lamb, a 14-year property management veteran and president of the Greater Nashville Chapter of The Institute of Real Estate Management, has joined the company as principal of the new division, Baker Storey McDonald Management LLC.

"It has been our goal since we founded the company to complete our executive team with someone of Kimberly's stature in the property management sector. Her performance record and skills are of the highest caliber and add tremendous value to our development, brokerage and property management disciplines," said Carl D. Storey, III, a principal with Baker Storey McDonald Properties.
