principal’s desire to bring proven retail solutions
to their clients with speed, accuracy and integrity. Each
of the three principals brings their own unique experiences
and expertise to our team. Baker Storey McDonald Properties
is a brokerage, investment and development firm allowing
us to provide our clients with tailor made solutions for
their retail real estate concerns.

Baker has been providing tenant representation and surplus
property disposition services to clients for almost
25 years. Current clients include Petco, Old Navy/GAP,
Carmax, LifeWay Christian Bookstores, Vitamin Shoppe,
Staples, Circuit City, Yankee Candle and Thomasville
Furniture. David serves his clients in Tennessee, Kentucky,
Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi and Virginia. Since the
formation of Baker Storey McDonald Properties, David
has been instrumental in co-founding the X-Team, a national
network of retail real estate brokers. |

Carl Storey
has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience in
Middle Tennessee. His “know-how” experience expands
over the Acquisition/Disposition of retail land assemblage
of both improved and unimproved properties and Leasing and
Management transactions with a combined total of 5 million
square feet. His local roots are an invaluable asset to our
company.
Allen
McDonald brings over 20 years experience in retail acquisition
and disposition to the team. With his expertise, Allen is
able to quickly identify acquisition opportunities for potential
redevelopment. He has negotiated the sale of 1.9 million square
feet of retail product representing $152,200,000 in volume
for both institutional and private clients.
Since
Baker Storey McDonald Properties was established in 2002,
the company has tripled the company size with quality talent.

of three noteworthy shopping centers in the cities of Nashville,
Murfreesboro and Columbia Tennessee. These sites, worth a

& Men’s Wearhouse.
