Baker Storey McDonald Properties has formed a new property
management division and hired Kimberly Lamb as principal.
Lamb is a 14 year property management veteran and president
of the Greater Nashville Chapter of the Institute of Real
Estate Management.
"Kimberly
is building a team that brings operational expertise to
our development and acquisition activities, while providing
third-party management services for a limited number of
strategic partners," says Carl Storey, a principal
with Baker Storey McDonald Properties.
The
firm's newly formed division, Baker Storey McDonald Management,
has added the 285,932 square foot Brentwood Place Shopping
Center to its management portfolio. Brentwood Place Shopping
Center has leases with Kroger, T.J. Maxx, Stein Mart, Borders,
CVS, and Office Depot.
Baker
Storey McDonald Management also oversees Nippers Corner,
a company owned 65,000 square foot center acquired last
August.
"Offering property management was the logical next
step."
