Baker Storey Opens Property Division

Nashville retail real estate firm Baker Storey McDonald Properties has opened a property management division.
The firm brought in a new principal, property management veteran Kimberly Lamb, to oversee the division. Lamb previously was property manager for the Brentwood office of Chicago-based First Industrial Realty Trust.

Baker Storey's new division comes with a new management account, Brentwood Place Shopping Center, a 286,000 square foot property on Franklin Road that includes tenants Kroger, Stein Mart, and Borders Music and Books.
