McDonald Properties seeks to invest in both income producing
properties as well as raw land for development of single tenant,
specialty, neighborhood and community shopping centers. We
desire to invest in properties across the Mid South within
a radius of 300 miles from Nashville. We have a sophisticated
legal, finance and development team in place that can quickly
analyze and respond to opportunities as they are presented.

Criteria:
Baker Storey McDonald Properties, Inc. also seeks
to purchase land that is suitable for retail development.
Ideally, we look for;
- Out
parcel pads adjacent to existing community or mall
developments suitable for 4,000 s.f. to 15,000 s.f.
retail development.
- Land
in the path of progress on major arterial roads
that can best be developed for neighborhood or community
shopping centers.
- Current
traffic flow that demonstrate strength in existing
counts as well as historical evidence that suggest
continued increase in traffic.
- Both
smaller and larger markets considered where a college
or university have a strong presence.
