Oak Point – Murfreesboro, TN

BSM Properties purchased the loan on this vacant 10,000 square foot single tenant building and subsequently foreclosed on the property in order to redevelop the property into a multi-tenant shopping center. BSM Properties anticipates the center to be 100% leased and open in October 2010.


Suburban Plaza – Knoxville, TN
