BSM Properties purchased Suburban Plaza in 2009. This 127,000 square foot shopping center, anchored by Toys R Us and Barnes & Noble, is adjacent to the 1.2 million square foot West Town Mall.  BSM will take the center through a total renovation in the fall of 2010.  Suburban Plaza is 87% leased.
