The center was 100% leased upon opening with the anchors being TJ Maxx, Office Depot, Rack Room Shoes and Ross. Allen Mcdonald sold the center to a 1031 buyer in Florida.

Baker Storey McDonald purchased a property from BP oil and developed a 15,000 s.f. retail center in Murfreesboro, TN. The property was occupied by Panera Bread, Men’s Wearhouse, AAA Auto Club and Game Stop. Allen McDonald sold the property to a 1031 buyer in California.
