Steen Watson serves as Vice President of Investments with Baker Storey McDonald Properties and focuses on acquisition opportunities for the firm and its clients.
Mr. Watson began his real estate career with the Trammell Crow Company in Washington, DC, specializing in Investment Sales on behalf of various institutional and private owners with assets throughout the Washington Metropolitan area. Following Trammell Crow’s merger with CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Watson was a member of CBRE’s Washington-based Investment Properties Institutional Group focused on advisory services in connection with disposition efforts on behalf of institutional real estate owners. During his tenure with Trammell Crow and CBRE, Mr. Watson participated in the disposition of approximately $2 billion of real estate assets.
Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Mr. Watson served as Vice President and owner of a group of retail grocery stores with responsibility for both business and real estate operations.
