Carl D. Storey, III, CPM, CSM is a principal and founder of Baker Storey McDonald Properties. He has over 25 years of shopping center experience in middle Tennessee and the central South. Carl has been involved in the ground up development and renovation of over 1.5 million square feet of retail space. Recent projects have included a wide variety of tenants including Publix, TJ Maxx, Ross, Panera Bread, Office Depot, Chilis, and Starbucks.
Carl has a long history of involvement with ICSC having served as a panelist several times and is a past program chair and state director. He is also active in the community and has served in numerous organizations including Brentwood Academy where he served as chairman of the Board of Trustees.
Carl is a graduate of THE University of Tennessee where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate and Urban Development. Carl and his wife Karen are empty nesters and reside in Franklin, Tennessee. They are active members at Fellowship Bible Church. An avid outdoorsman, Carl enjoys hunting, fishing, and golf.
