Lloyd Montgomery, IV, CLS is a Knoxville native and a licensed broker in the state of Tennessee. He attended The McCallie School in Chattanooga, TN before earning his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
Mr. Montgomery is a Partner in Baker Storey McDonald’s Knoxville office and also serves as Principal Broker. Montgomery comes to Baker Storey McDonald Properties from Sperry Van Ness/RM Moore, LLC. Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness/RM Moore through its merger with Conversion Properties in 2009, Mr. Montgomery managed and leased retail centers for CBL & Associates Properties. CBL is based in Chattanooga, TN and is the fourth largest mall REIT in the country. Montgomery is heavily involved in shopping center leasing, retail investments and tenant representation for BSM Properties.
In 2010, Mr. Montgomery achieved “Top Producer” & “Highest Leasing Volume” at SVN | RMM. He also ranked among the Top 75 Sperry Van Ness Advisors in the nation. In 2011 he obtained the highly regarded “Certified Leasing Specialist” (CLS) designation from ICSC. Lloyd lives in Knoxville, TN with his wife and 1 year old son.
