Sheldon Griffin has 17 years experience in the retail real estate sector.
For the past 13 years, Sheldon has focused on tenant representation. He has represented tenants in a wide variety of transactions varying from land acquisition to leasing existing buildings. During this time he has developed substantial expertise with financial institutions and petroleum retailers.
Prior to focusing on tenant representation, Mr. Griffin represented more than 1.5 million square feet of retail space on behalf of more than half a dozen landlords.
