Felissa Daugherty has over 15 years experience in the commercial real estate/property management business. Felissa has managed such product types as industrial, retail and office but primarily focused on retail shopping centers.
Her past portfolios have consisted of retail and industrial product totaling over 1.4 million square feet. Presently Felissa manages multiple shopping centers for private and institutional owners throughout the central South that are part of portfolio totaling over 1,000,000 square feet handled by Baker Storey McDonald Properties, Inc.
Present and past clients include individual owners as well as LaSalle Investment Management and Sarofim Realty Advisors.
